National Service Scheme-
The college has 2 Units national service scheme (N.S.S.) where students aim to do social services in adopted village. The main works carried out by N.S.S. units are plantation, healthcare programmes, cleanliness campaign, general awareness rally, literacy projects etc. Camps are organized time to time. N.S.S. volunteers donate blood in case of emergencies or any traumatic conditions. It helps the students to use their energy in constructive work. Students who work regularly for two years get a Certificate and also get bonus marks/ priority in admissions as per the Government rules.

The women’s cell of MAGC aims to empower girl student and faculty, develop their understanding of issues related to women and to make the college campus a safe place for girls and women. The cell focuses on creating awareness of their rights and duties. It also provides a stage for women to share their experiences and views regarding their condition in the society. Along with suggestions for improvement and empowerment among themselves has been given. With the aim to provide intellectual and social upliftment of the female students, the cell stand for facilitation women’s empowerment through guest lectures, seminars, awareness programs and other welfare activities.
